The book “How Green Smoothies Saved My Life” is an uplifting book that includes nutrition for the body as well as the mind. Seems to simple to use but it works.
Another Author to check out is Catherine Ponder. Her writings are timeless, classic and just good old common sense. Her book “The Prospering Power of Prayer” is a must read and will enhance any life.
