Speak Your Well-Being and Abundance

I was listening to a wonderful audio by Catherine Ponder about the importance of speaking about what you want aloud. She said for every 15 minutes of positive reading you do you should spend 5 minutes in positive affrimations. That we need to speak our good in order to help bring it along.  For instanceyou may say ” I am filled with health and vibrance now.”  Catherine spoke of a man whose wife was not open to this so he found a great solution. He took his dog for a walk everyday and declared his abundance in health, relationships and wealth. This sounds like such a great idea because he is getting a great workout and enhancing his life. Within 2 months this man  recieved a wonderful promotion and prospers to this day. Of course he continues to walk his dog and declare his good. In the book How Green Smoothies Saved My Life there are many uplifting ideas to help you focus on what you want. One of my favorites is to use the power of “I AM” to enhance your life. You can write out all your ideas or speak them. For instance, you could say ”I am filled with health and abundance.”  Just think you can do your dishes and get a mental boost at the same time. It certainly can not hurt and many many people get wonderful results from it. If you are not familiar with Catherine Ponder I encourage you to check out this genius. She is from the old school and in my opinion one of the best prosperity thinkers. She has books on all the subjects that matter. Her books help to build health, have better relationships and create financial abundance. She understands that we are meant to have a blessed life and has learned how to focus the brilliant mind power in order to obtain one. She explains that God wants us to be healthy, happy and prosper financially. She is so worth your time and you can expect to start living more of what you want when you read her divine writings. So start claiming and speaking your abundance today and be patient as you will experience many miracles. As my grandmother says “Attitude is Everything” and you deserve to have the best.

Feel Good –No Feel Great Book

I was clearing the clutter in my home (that is a whole other story) that I will discuss soon and you can find in the book How Green Smoothies Saved My Life. I came across a gem, a book that I consider one of the most helpful ever. The God Memorandum. This book is amazing. When you are ready because timing is everything, you need to check this book out. It is filled with love and perfect guidance. This book reminds you of all your blessings and believe me there are many we are missing at times. Then the book gives you four ideas to follow that will give you the life you deserve. The whole thing only takes you 20 minutes to read. The author asks you to read it for 100 nights in a row to get miracle results.  Abraham-Hicks teaches us that it is very important to line up with feeling better before you go to bed in order to feel great the next morning. Just taking the time to bask in how good the bed feels is one of their suggestions. That is a great idea and another suggestion that works is to read The God Memorandum. When you are ready you will love it. I know.

Feeling Better with Nature

Today finds most of us inside a lot. I know I spend way too much time indoors. In the book How Green Smoothies Saved My Life, one of my articles is on the power of taking off your shoes and walking on stone or grass to connect with mother earth. When ever you feel yourself a little down this is a great time to take a walk in nature and recharge your batteries. The earth is a healing living being that wants to connect with us. We both benefit from each other. The wonderful electromagnetic fields from the earth come right up through our feet.  But if that is too technical lets’ just go with all its beauty.  Picture yourself walking and enjoying the beautiful trees, birds and delightful squirrels. There is an abundance of fresh air, sun and great smells. This is a time when you can just get away from all the stresses of the day and take some “me time”.  As you know you can only help others when you are nourished and feeling your best. Mother nature is a wonderful giver and asks so little in return. In my interview on Think Fit Radio with Dr. Susan Jones she explains that people used to come from all over to get help from her wonderful healer grandmother. One of the first things this sage woman would do was to take these people for a walk in her beautiful yard and just listen to what they had to say. I found this so simple but powerfully helpful at the same time.

So yes it is that simple. Set the intention to spend some time in nature and outside everyday.  Even if it is just 30 minutes this will give you a lift.  Make excuses to get out doors.  Talk to neighbors outside. Go to the park. You get the idea. I know you will start to feel the wonderful effects of our beloved earth.

Releasing Negative Emotions

There is a major movement to stay in a positive place right now.  Teachers like Abraham-hicks and Old School teachers like Catherine Ponder and Florence Shinn teach the power of affirmations and staying in a positive place. But here is the deal, we are human and we are all going to have times when life gets challenging and negative emotions arise. This is part of life and to beat up on ourselves for having negative emotions is really a double whammy.  Like oh I feel bad and now I thing I should not feel bad, which just makes us feel worse.  So what do we do with this negative emotion.  Stuffing it leads to alot of problems I believe, like unwanted physical conditions.  So after a period where I could not stay positive no matter how hard I tried I figured out some ways to handle these “human emotions”

First and foremost remind yourself that “this too shall pass”.  When we are going through a depressed feeling it feels dark. There are no other words to describe it.  It feels dark and like it will never end.  A very important thing to understand is that right before things get better they get worse. There are many that teach about this phenomenon.  Catherine Ponder calls it chemicalization.  She says that when a person starts “right thought” by using affirmations and more positive thinking many times all hell will break loose. This is the magic and the wonder taking place. When you know this it helps to soften and soothe the stressful feelings.

Also lighten up on yourself and remember that you are human and that negative human emotions are part of the package. So to expect ourselves to be perfect and always happy is not possible.  A great tool to help you feel better are the Angel Cards by Doreen Virtue. I use them and it never ceases to amaze me how the same cards will come up over and over like my angels are saying we are here and everything is going to be alright, just hang in there.

Another great technique is to write out all these heavy feeling and get it all out of your body.  When you are through rip the paper up and just let it go.  Cry if you need to. Tears can be as healing as laughter.
